Metal profiles are cut using the band metal cutting machine built by the Czech company Bomar and having the following maximal cutting parameters:
- Profile height – 450 mm;
- Profile width – 600 mm;
- Cutting angle – 0÷60º.
For the purposes of metal sheet cutting the Swedish cutting machine of the following parameters built by ESAB Portaline is used:
- Plasma cutting. Thickness – up to 20 mm;
- Gas cutting. Thickness – up to 150 mm;
- Cutting table size – 2500x12000 mm.
Constructions are welded using semiautomatic equipment build by Swedish company ESAB and Austrian company Fronius.
